All services are scheduled through our instant price calculator. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing is based on service type, home size, condition, and selected extras. Estimates provided via the instant quote tool are not final and may vary based on actual conditions.

Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from the initial request.

4. Client Responsibilities
