Deep House Cleaning includes🫧 ✅All rooms: *Dust top-to-bottom: every horizontal and vertical surface from ceilings to floors, including fans, light fixtures, blinds, cabinets, etc. *Dust and wipe all cabinets, doors, and baseboards *Vacuum all floors and rugs, wet mop bare floors ✅Kitchen: *Clean sinks, faucets, countertops, appliances, backsplash, and stovetop *Clean inside and outside of microwave, oven, and floors ✅Bathroom: *Scrub, sanitize, and deodorize shower/bathtub, shower head, faucet, shower tiles, sinks, toilet, and floors We will complete all tasks from the list if we have enough time. If your house needs more time every additional hour is $50. This offer is not valid for initial, post-construction, renovation or move-in/move-out services.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Time Accuracy At Agnes Housekeeping, we strive to arrive at the scheduled time for each appointment. However, please understand that factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, traffic, road accidents, or additional last-minute requests from clients scheduled earlier—may sometimes cause slight delays. We will keep you informed of any delays and appreciate your patience. 24-Hour Notice Requirement We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests, including holidays and weekends. To make changes, please contact our office directly by phone or email. Cancellation Fees Full Service Fee: If our cleaning team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time due to issues such as unavailable keys, doorman restrictions, or unfinished contractor work, you will be billed the full minimum cleaning fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost (minimum $50). Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may lead to service review or cessation. Late Arrival Policy If you or our cleaning team arrives within a 30-minute grace period of the scheduled time, the service will proceed as planned with no extra fees. If you’re unavailable within this time frame, the cancellation fee policy above will apply. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies occur. If you have an urgent reason for cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate your situation. Changes to Cleaning Frequency If you wish to modify the frequency of your scheduled cleanings (e.g., from weekly to monthly), please inform us so we can adjust your rate accordingly. Temporary or Permanent Service Cessation For any temporary, long-term, or permanent suspension of service, we request a minimum of two weeks’ notice to allow adequate scheduling adjustments. Weather and Safety Concerns If severe weather conditions pose safety risks, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments as necessary, and no cancellation fee will be applied. We prioritize the safety of both our team and clients in all situations. Refund and Billing Adjustments If a client has prepaid for services, a partial or full refund may be applied if cancellations meet the terms outlined above.
