Recurring Cleaning Packages Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the promotional cleaning packages offered by Agnes Housekeeping, including the Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly 10-Session Packages.

1. General Terms

​

  • All packages are prepaid and non-refundable once the first session is scheduled.

  • Each package includes a fixed number of sessions and must be used within the validity period as specified:

    • Weekly Package: Valid for 10 weeks from the date of the first session.

    • Biweekly Package: Valid for 6 months from the date of the first session.

    • Monthly Package: Valid for 12 months from the date of the first session.

  • Packages are not transferable and may be used only for one service location.

  • Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited.

 

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling

​

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less notice will be counted as used.

  • Clients may request to adjust appointment times within the validity period; however, Agnes Housekeeping cannot guarantee availability outside of the originally booked schedule.

 

3. Scope of Work

​

  • Each session includes:

    • Weekly: 3 hours of standard professional cleaning.

    • Biweekly & Monthly: 4 hours of standard professional cleaning.

  • Additional services (e.g., oven cleaning, deep cleaning, or extras) are available at standard rates and must be booked separately.

 

4. Payments

​

  • Full payment is required upfront to activate the discounted rate.

  • The $50 discount is already included in the advertised price.

  • Tips for cleaners are not included but are always appreciated.

 

5. Service Conditions

​

  • All cleaning is performed by trained and insured professionals.

  • Agnes Housekeeping reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.

 

6. Modifications and Policy Updates

​

  • Agnes Housekeeping reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Existing clients will be notified of significant changes.
