Responsibilities:

• Standard cleaning services for homes and offices

• Post-renovation and move-out cleaning

• Maintaining the quality of the services provided

• Ensuring cleanliness and safety at the worksite

 

Requirements:

• Must have: Experience as a subcontractor in the cleaning industry

• Must have: Own cleaning tools and equipment

• Must have: General Liability Insurance

• Must have: Legal employment status in the USA (EIN)

• Must have: Awareness of and compliance with local insurance and licensing regulations
