Does Agnes Club cost anything?
No. There is no fee and no minimum. If you book a cleaning with us, you have an account.
How do I sign in?
Use the email address we already have on file for your bookings. If you are new, book your first cleaning and your account is ready afterwards.
When does my friend’s invite become my reward?
After their first cleaning is finished and paid. You get a message with your code, and it is waiting in your account.
Where do I see what I have earned?
In your account, under your rewards. Your codes, their amounts and their expiry dates are all listed there.
Can I use a reward on any cleaning?
Rewards apply to the services they were issued for, and the details travel with the code. Apply it when you book and the discount shows before you confirm.
What if I have not booked in a while?
Your account is still there. Sign in with the same email and pick up where you left off.
